Two decades of making networks measurable.
Visualware is a private Network Application and Performance Management Assessment company, based in Sarasota, Florida, founded by Henry Harris and Julian Palmer in 2001. The two founders complement each other and are highly skilled in business development, finance, operations, engineering and marketing. They previously held executive positions in public companies and start-ups, and their innovative experience and expertise has been instrumental in successfully turning around struggling companies. Their strong desire to deliver internet-focused solutions to efficiently assess network connections became the driving force in forming their own company; thus Visualware was born.
When the user migration from desktop to tablets and smart devices hit phenomenal success, the market for monitoring, testing and measuring network connections exploded. Over the last two decades, Visualware became obsessed with the quality of user experience (UX), and developed a unique technology platform, MyConnection Server (MCS) — a network assessment tool set that precisely measures, tests and reports the performance, quality and efficiency of network connections end-to-end and edge-to-edge.
Visualware competes in the multi-billion-dollar Network Application and Performance Assessment market, and is currently one of very few companies in the industry that offers this critical network assessment tool. It provides hardware, software and cloud solutions, and with its technology platform measures an application's data flow while isolating the core network issues that disrupt a positive UX. Our hardware products are proudly "Made in the USA."
Visualware has employees in the US and Europe, with Executive, Operations, Finance and Marketing teams in Florida, Sales Operations in Georgia, and our Technology group in England. Our major customers are global telcos, VoIP providers and large enterprises, as well as emerging tech companies.
Whether you're a carrier, an enterprise, or a VoIP provider, we'd like to hear about the networks you need to understand.
