The Connectivity test ran two tests. Both of these tests failed, which indicates that the BCS is either not running or DNS is having a problem.

If the BCS is running and this error still occurs it is likely a DNS issue. The solution is to update your DNS settings to point to different DNS server. Use the links below to learn how to do this. The DNS server we recommend is 8.8.8.8 (as primary) and 8.8.4.4 (as secondary, optional).

Once that is done refresh this page and the message should show a Success message. You will then be able to run the connection test.
